  All crochet items are handmade in small batches. Processing time is typically 3–7 days depending on the item type and order volume.
• Custom Orders
  We currently do not accept custom or personalized crochet requests. All items available in our shop are ready-made or produced in limited runs.
• Care Instructions
  Crochet pieces are delicate. Please hand-wash gently with cold water and air dry. Avoid pulling loose threads; trim them carefully instead.
• Returns & Exchanges
  Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos.
